Hi I’m Kate. a personal trainer and NLP coach/ practitioner, soon to ​be nutritionist. My mission is to show both men and women what ​they are capable of, not just physically but mentally too.


I was formally a swimmer, competing in both state and national ​divisions. I stopped swimming and took up horse riding. I competed in ​showjumping, winning many events across the Northern Territory.


Health and fitness is for EVERYONE and will look different for ​everyone. I aim to create a zero judgment, fun space where you bring ​your goals to life. You are CAPABLE.


My personal perspective is your approach to health and fitness is how ​you approach any challenge in life. I want to give you the tools and ​challenges to commit to yourself 100% of the time.

Here we build strong bodies, minds and habits for long-term success. ​I’m the coach who will push you and equally celebrate ALL your wins.

Outdoor classes

Outdoor classes are perfect if the gym isn’t your vibe. ​Come along to our weekly group classes where we ​smash out an epic workout with new challenges each ​session. You’ll meet some awesome people with similar ​values. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Nked is for the men and women who are all in on themselves. A 12 week commitment to build ​strength, fitness, mindset and your habits. It will challenge you, change you and grow you. I ​promise you will not be the same person you came as. The self- sabotaging behaviours, the ​negative self- talk are out and the self-confidence and expression are in!


We will look at you current performance, mindset and habits. Bare it all. Let’s go back to the ​root of who you are and re-write the narrative. Only this time you get to CONSCIOUSLY ​decide who you want to be.

You will get:

  • 2 PT sessions per week
  • Workbook to dive into negative thought patterns, self-sabotage and how to overcome these
  • Weekly check-ins to answer any questions
  • A deeper understanding of the human mind and how you affect where you are now
  • A no bs coach who will push you, challenge you and change you
